About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role within the new data function within the company as they look to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements and efficiencies.

Your
key responsibilities will encompass:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
Provide meaningful insights into KPIs and business trends
Communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders to aid decision making processes
Ensure integrity and reliability of datasets
Uncover hidden patterns, trends & opportunities
Identify strategic opportunities and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies that align with the company’s growth plans

Key Requirements
1+ year experience
Power BI/DAX
Advanced Excel
SQL
Excellent communication skills & stakeholder management

Desirable Skills
Azure
DWH
ETL
Power Automate
Python
Insurance/Finance experience
