If you're passionate about turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights—and you enjoy working with people as much as with SQL—this could be your ideal next move.

Role as a Data Analyst:

• Translate business needs into clear data strategies and models
• Build compelling dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
• Monitor performance, risk, and profitability through targeted reporting
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to streamline ETL workflows
• Improve data quality, governance, and analytics processes

Experience:

• Strong SQL skills (complex queries and large datasets)
• Data visualisation mastery with Tableau or Power BI
• Experience in financial services (a plus, not a must)
• A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach
