About the role

We're seeking an exceptional Data and Examinations Manager for a permanent position starting in September 2025. Based at a thriving, ambitious secondary school in Bradford, you'll play a crucial role in managing, analysing and reporting key student data and leading the entire examinations process with precision and confidence. You'll be the backbone of the school's assessment and examination system, working across departments and directly influencing whole-school improvement.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in ICT/business administration (or willingness to work towards).
• Experience with school MIS (e.g., SIMS), data analysis, and assessment systems.
• Evidence of Continuous Professional Development.
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate assessment and student data on MIS
• Produce analytical reports on student performance and behaviour
• Set up and maintain bespoke tracking and reporting systems
• Plan and manage internal and external exams
• Liaise with exam boards, manage entries, and submit amendments
• Support the setup and updates of the school timetable
• Ensure data integrity and compliance across platforms
• Be a role model for high professional standards
• Respect confidentiality and promote a positive data culture across the school
