Job Description - Data and Reporting Manager

Data and Reporting Manager
Location: Uxbridge (with travel to other sites as required)
Salary: £46,543 – £50,646 per annum
Contract Type: Full Time
Closing Date: Wednesday 13 August 2025

We’re seeking a highly organised and capable Data and Reporting Manager to join the team at a leading organisation based in Uxbridge. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading the development of reporting systems and data processes to support decision-making and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for external funding submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to departmental data strategy and planning
  • Lead and manage a team of data professionals
  • Develop and implement organisation-wide reporting policies across multiple data systems
  • Define and refine key business processes to improve data efficiency and accuracy
  • Analyse data to support operational and strategic goals
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders across departments
Key Requirements:
  • Educated to A Level (or equivalent)
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
  • Significant experience working with large SQL databases
  • Proficiency with reporting tools such as SSRS, Power BI, or similar
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Experience developing and managing data systems, ideally within an education or public sector setting
