Salary: £46,000 to £51,000 per annum

Are you a data-driven leader ready to make a real impact in education? We’re looking for a dynamic Data and Reporting Manager to join our Funding/MIS team and help shape the future of data strategy at our College!

Reporting directly to the Leader of Funding & MIS, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and developing innovative reporting techniques that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and access to information across the College. Your work will directly support the integrity of our funding returns and drive smarter decision-making.

• Leading and inspiring the Data team
• Shaping departmental strategy and college-wide reporting policies
• Managing and maintaining robust data systems and processes
• Delivering insightful data analysis to senior managers and stakeholders
• Driving improvements across multiple databases and business processes

• A Level education or equivalent
• Strong IT skills, especially with MS Office
• Experience working with large SQL databases
• Proficiency in SSRS, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
• Proven ability to lead and supervise teams
• Background in data systems within FE or educational settings
