Are you an experienced data and reporting specialist ready to take on a strategic leadership role within Further Education?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic college group as a Data and Reporting Manager, leading a team of 5 and driving data strategy, reporting quality, and funding compliance across multiple campuses.

In this role, you'll design, develop and manage college-wide reporting systems, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely information to support planning, funding returns and decision-making. You'll work with senior stakeholders to shape business processes, lead MIS improvements, and ensure funding and audit standards are fully met.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL/database experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced educational environment. Experience in FE or knowledge of systems like EBS, Pro Suite, or SSRS is highly desirable.

  Lead a team managing data accuracy, integrity, and reporting across MIS systems
• 
  Develop, manage and deliver reports using tools like SQL, Power BI, SSRS
• 
  Ensure compliance with funding rules, audits, and performance returns
• 
  Support strategic planning and curriculum performance monitoring

  Strong background in data systems and reporting (SQL, MIS, Excel/BI)
• 
  Experience managing teams and complex datasets
• 
  Ideally from an FE or educational background (EBS/Pro Suite knowledge a plus)
• 
  Based within a commutable distance of Uxbridge (with travel to Harrow & Richmond)
