Must have’s

* Confident Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables

Nice to have’s

* Previous finance, accounts or administrative experience

* Experience working within a busy office environment

So, what will you be doing?

* Processing cash receipts

* Uploading finance data and documentation

* Assisting with payment runs

* Contacting customers and suppliers to obtain missing or incorrect information

* Reviewing, cleansing and maintaining finance data

* Accurately inputting and updating records

* Providing administrative support to the finance team

* Assisting with ongoing finance projects as required

Helpful extras

* Office-based during the initial training period, with the opportunity to move to a hybrid working pattern once fully trained

* Monday to Friday working pattern
