Data Delivery Lead

Role: Delivery Lead - Data & Reporting (10+ Years Experience)
Location: City of London
Salary: £90,000 - £100,000
Start Date: ASAP

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication between clients and the data services team
• Oversee end-to-end delivery and governance of data engineering and Power BI solutions
• Plan, coordinate, and run sprints, managing delivery pipelines and ensuring successful outcomes
• Lead BAU support, troubleshooting, and documentation
• Provide expert-level consultation and ongoing support to clients on data-related needs
• Ensure operational excellence through strong governance and planning
• Be hands-on when needed - ready to jump in and make small/urgent reporting changes

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ year's experience in service delivery, preferably in data platforms or BI environments
• Expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Power BI
• Strong track record in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and sprint management
• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and documentation skills
• A proactive mindset with the flexibility to balance strategic oversight and tactical delivery
• Experienced in the insurance sector (Speciality insurance)

Bonus Points:

• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
• Solid understanding of data governance and best practices in data reporting
