Global Water Intelligence (GWI), the leading publisher, intelligence firm and event’s organiser serving the international water industry, is looking to hire a hardworking and enthusiastic Data Editor to join our team.
At GWI we collect a huge amount of data and are the main source of data for the international water industry. Our data and analysis is used by businesses, governments and investors to inform strategic decisions on the water sector.
In some cases, we can collect near-comprehensive market data, while for others we need to rely on a combination of modelling, indicators, and contacts. In both cases, data needs to be collected, interpreted, and presented by in-house analysts who know enough about their subject area to validate and contextualise our numbers.
As a Data Editor, you will get to grips with new subject areas, explore unique market value datasets, and manage your own databases that our journalism is based on.
We are looking for someone with a logical and inquisitive mind, a good head for numbers and an adaptable approach to work. Relevant training will be provided.
