A leading higher education organisation is undertaking a major business transformation and is seeking a Data Entry Administrator to support a critical data-related work stream.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to gain experience working on a large-scale transformation project. You'll join a collaborative team and play a key role in ensuring business-critical information is accurately maintained throughout the programme life cycle.
Your New Role
As a Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, updating and validating large volumes of data to support ongoing transformation activities.
Key responsibilities will include:
Inputting, reviewing and updating data with a high level of accuracy. Cleansing and validating information to ensure consistency and quality. Identifying and resolving data discrepancies. Supporting project teams with data-related administrative activities. Maintaining records and documentation in line with agreed processes. Assisting with reporting and information management tasks. Collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure data accuracy.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate work.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll demonstrate:
Previous experience in a data entry, administration or data processing position. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. The ability to work with large volumes of information efficiently. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
Desirable experience includes: Previous experience supporting a CRM, ERP or other business systems project. Exposure to enterprise business systems or large-scale transformation programmes. Experience with data cleansing, migration or validation activities.
