The Best Connection Oxford is currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Abingdon for a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to join their busy and friendly office team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual looking for a permanent office-based role with flexible working hours.

Working Hours

30 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Standard start time of 9:00am
Some flexibility on start and finish times to suit the successful applicant

Key Responsibilities

Updating and maintaining stock records on the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Ensuring data is entered accurately and efficiently
Assisting with general administrative duties
Communicating with customers and colleagues via telephone and email
Providing support with face-to-face enquiries when required

What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good IT and data entry skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a busy office environment
Previous administration or data entry experience would be advantageous
