I am currently recruiting for a Data Governance Analyst to join a growing team in the Midlands. You will support the Data Governance Lead in implementing and maintaining the organisation's data governance framework.

Data Governance Analyst - What will you be doing?

* Helping to develop and articulate the data governance vision, strategy and roadmap.
* Supporting the activation and enforcement of the data governance program.
* Collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring best practices are adhered to.
* Ensuring master data is accurately represented, consistently defined and easily accessible.
* Supporting the Data Governance Manager in leading and facilitating meetings, driving decision-making processes and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.

Data Governance Analyst - What will you need?

* Solid understanding of data governance principles and practices.
* Experience handling MDM initiatives.
* Proficient in data management tools and technologies.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Experience in agile project management.
