We’re working with a fast-growing, insights-led business that’s looking for a Data Insight Analyst with a sharp analytical mind and a genuine passion for solving complex challenges. You'll be helping teams across the company make smarter, faster, more informed decisions – and have a little fun while you’re at it.

This role isn’t just about reports – it’s about real influence. You’ll sit at the heart of the business, helping Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams better understand performance, predict outcomes, and find new growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be commercially savvy, have a passion for unearth insights to drive growth, but also be technically strong – with data science skills covering predictive modelling and machine learning, and an interest / experience with AI is a big positive!

Role & Responsibilities:

• Collecting, cleaning and analysing data from multiple sources to help uncover trends and tell compelling stories
• Building dashboards and reports that are as useful as they are beautiful
• Partnering with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver insights that spark real change
• Spotting risks, opportunities, and the stories behind the stats
• Using machine learning models and predictive analytics to support smarter decisions
• Automating routine processes with AI tools to save time for the good stuff
• Keeping an eye on data governance and making sure everything’s handled responsibly

Skills & Experience:

• Experienced Data Insight Analyst – with a focus on supporting multiple teams with data driven insights to support decisions and growth

• Everything runs through Salesforce, this is where all the data is! So knowing your way around and how to extract that data for your analysis is key!
• Skilled in Python or R
• Great at explaining complex stuff to non-technical people
• Super organised, naturally curious, and a pattern-spotter at heart
• Passionate about AI and already experimenting with it to drive smarter work
• Positive, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
