Job Description : 

We are looking for a highly experienced and business-oriented Data Lead with deep domain expertise in Commercial Banking to lead data strategy, governance, and delivery initiatives. This role will drive data modernization efforts, enabling regulatory compliance, enhanced risk controls, customer insights, and commercial growth.

Key Skills & Experience:

✅ Essential:

8–12+ years of experience in Data Management, with at least 3+ years in Commercial/Corporate Banking.

Strong understanding of commercial banking products: Loans, Trade Finance, Payments, FX, Treasury.

Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), ETL/ELT pipelines, and tools (Informatica, Collibra, Alteryx, DBT).

Regulatory and risk reporting data experience (e.g., FRTB, Basel IV, ICAAP, MI reporting).

Knowledge of data privacy, ethical AI, and security practices.

Experience working in Agile/Hybrid delivery environments.
