Group Data Lead

Location: Hybrid role

Salary: £50-£60k dependant on experience
Reporting to: Director, Digital Transformation

The Role

AMLR is seeking a Data Lead to own and lead all data activities for its group-wide Infor ERP implementation (Leapfrog) and to establish long-term master data governance across the business.

This is a critical role in transitioning our client from a fragmented, site-based data landscape to a structured, centrally governed data environment that supports consistent operations, reporting, and future analytics.

Key Responsibilities for the Data Lead:

* Lead data cleansing, standardisation, and readiness across all sites

* Own data mapping and migration into the Infor ERP model

* Coordinate data conversion cycles, testing, and go-live activities

* Define and implement group-wide master data and governance frameworks

* Act as the functional data lead between business and technical teams

* Ensure reporting continuity post go-live and readiness for future BI

* Provide ongoing group data leadership after ERP implementation

Key Skills required for the Data Lead:

* Proven experience in data leadership, data management, or governance

* Strong background in data migration, ERP integration, and data quality

* Experience with large-scale ERP programs (Infor experience preferred)

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

* Highly organised, pragmatic, and delivery-focused

* Fluent in English
