Data Literacy Programme Manager

We are currently looking for a Data Literacy Programme Manager to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the London / Berkshire area. As the Data Literacy Programme Manager you will be responsible for developing a programme to assess current data and digital skill levels, develop/roll out training programs and establish ways to monitor progress/obtain feedback.

Flexible working can be provided for the right candidate, and this is an initial 6 month contract with likely extension.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Data Literacy Programme Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Data Literacy Programme Manager, you will manage three workstreams, develop a programme to assess current data and digital skill levels, develop/roll out training programs and establish ways to monitor progress/obtain feedback.

2. As the Data Literacy Programme Manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders as well as collaborating with external experts to develop high-quality learning experiences / tools.

3. As the Data Literacy Programme Manager, you will support the wider objective of enhancing efficiency and productivity of the R&D pipeline through improving the wider use of data, digital tools and technologies.

4. As the Data Literacy Programme Manager, you will be a skilled communicator, a driver for change and ready to motivate teams to achieving digital excellence.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Data Literacy Programme Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a Pharmaceutical/Data or IT related discipline

2. Proven industry experience as a Digital and/or Data Literacy Programme/Project Manager within a Regulated industry (Pharmaceutical would be an advantage).

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with Digital and Data Literacy Programmes within a large, multifunctional organisation.
