As the Data Manager you will be:
Developing and implementing a strategic approach to asset data management and investment planning.
Responsible for ownership of asset property data. Ensuring a robust process for data integrity, quality and analysing data as professionally and effectively as possible.
To manage the collection and analysis of asset data, be responsible for stock condition database and the production of reports to underpin the delivery of Repair Works, Asset Management and Sustainability Strategies.
Leading and managing a small team of Investment Planning Officers. Continue to evolve, innovate and provide data analytical solutions to organisational projects.

Qualifications / Experience:
Experience of handling large, complex data sets and identifying anomalies in data and proposing solutions.
Understanding of the principles of data integrity and data quality.
Experience of successfully utilising data warehousing including data extraction.
Proven track record of using Project Management methodologies.
Experience of successfully leading, managing, and motivating teams
Customer focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Results driven with strong analytical skills

As the Data Manager you will receive:
£47,000
35 working hours a week, Monday to Friday
Hybrid working
28 Days holidays plus bank holidays.
