Location: Walsall, West Midlands/Hybrid with client travel expected

Join our leading Professional Services business in the West Midlands and play a pivotal role in revolutionising cloud-based SaaS billing solutions.

As part of the Professional Services team, you will be instrumental in driving excellence, optimizing processes, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective data migration and integration.

This a superb opportunity for an accomplished Technical Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Software Implementations, with a particular focus on Data Migration.

• You will be working on the latest product - a cloud-based SaaS billing solution built around the Salesforce platform
• You'll play a pivotal role in the Implementation of Software to clients, along with support to the Business Analysis team
• Your expertise will be crucial in driving excellence, improving processes, and providing client satisfaction

Ideal experience -

• Data mapping and Extract, Transform and Load (ETL)
• Experience of process and data modelling, data mapping and business process re-engineering principles
• Ability to understand technical language to enable discussions with technical staff and accurately communicate to non-technical staff
• Experience analysing and reconciling large data sets
• A sound understanding of the capture, interpretation, prioritisation and delivery of user stories / requirements
• Clear ability to work and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to handle multiple streams of work simultaneously
• SQL / SSIS / SSMS
• Salesforce
