Data Migration Consultant

Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Data Technical Business Analyst who has good business and technical expertise around strategy, development, testing and implementation of data solutions. This includes developing a thorough understanding of the client’s requirements and applying industry best practices to ensure that the Business have access to right quality data, at the right time and at the right places. Your RoleRole & Responsibilities This is an 60% hands-on and 40% management-based role - giving you the opportunity to work on technical projects alongside working with the businessResponsible for capturing business requirements, drill down to data requirements, performing data mapping, understanding/measuring quality of data in systems, analysing gaps in data quality, defining critical data quality targets and then developing a data quality strategy that is in line with company's goals and objectives. Work closely with functional process teams to ensure data migration requirements and data quality requirements are appropriately identified, captured and included in the technical solution.ExperienceMinimum 5 years’ experience of working as a Data Technical BA or similar roleHighly proficient in data requirements capturing data w.r.t. data migration and data quality dimensionsHighly proficient in data gap assessment, developing action plans to ensure data reliability, completeness, consistency and collaborating with the development team for implementation of the data solutionExperienced in carrying out data mapping and creating data mapping documentationExperienced in handling master data, reference data, transactional data and metadata with a wider business contextExperienced in issue resolution process, data analysis, data quality assessmentExperience of working in Saleforce and Netsuite implementation covering the entire lifecycle of the order to cash processExperienced in data migration involving Salesforce.com and Netsuite productsExperienced in data management in multiple database management products like SQL Server, Oracle, etc.Strong communication skill
