Data Modeller

The Data Modeller is responsible for designing and maintaining high quality conceptual, 

logical, and physical data model, to enable Greene King to exploit its data. They will 

ensure data models align with business requirements and industry standards, support 

data governance, lineage, and master data management initiatives

Outcomes & KPIs

• Design, implement and maintain data models to meet organisational needs
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Ensure data integrity, stability, and security
• Establish and enforce data modelling standards and best practices
• Validate and reconcile data models to ensure accuracy
• Support data governance, lineage, and master data management initiatives
• Profile data to identify quality issues and ensure data quality
• Collaborate with data architects to deliver data solutions in line with overall strategy and principles

• Proficiency in creating and maintaining complex data models 
• Strong experience of data modelling tools and techniques
• Strong analytical abilities and a solid understanding of database management systems
• Experience in designing and implementing effective database solutions and models
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata management
• Ability to translate business needs into data models
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Logical approach to problem solving
• Experience of Microsoft Azure and Databricks
