Data Officer Coventry, West Midlands January 2026

A high-achieving 11–18 school in Coventry is looking to recruit a detail-oriented Data Officer to join its support team from January 2026.

The Role

You will play a central role in assessment, reporting and data integrity across the school. Responsibilities include:

• Managing and updating the school MIS (SIMS/Arbor/Bromcom)


• Overseeing assessment data collection and reporting cycles


• Producing progress and attainment dashboards for senior leaders


• Supporting staff with data interpretation and analysis


• Ensuring GDPR compliance and secure data processes


• Assisting with timetabling and census submissions
