We are seeking an enthusiastic Data Officer for an Outstanding secondary school in Jesmond. This full-time, permanent role is for an immediate start. We are seeking an individual who can lead by example in the administrative office, helping students and staff through organised and efficient data management.

Responsibilities

• Update student records and manage data transfers between schools

• Produce routine data reports for the Senior Leadership Team

• Support the organization of school exams and internal assessments

• Ensure that the school’s data systems are clean and up to date

• Assist with the daily administration of the school’s MIS

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong ICT skills and experience with data entry

• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and independently

• High standards of punctuality and professional manner

• Must have the right to work in the UK

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: £23,500 – £27,500
