Salary: Up to £85,000 + bonus + benefits

About the Role

We're hiring a Data Product Manager to co-lead the data team and drive the strategy and delivery of internal data products in a fast-growing, data-driven investment and asset management firm. This role blends product ownership, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on collaboration with engineering and analytics.

You'll take charge of product roadmaps, translate user needs into actionable features, and work cross-functionally to build innovative, scalable solutions on a modern data stack.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end data product lifecycle using Agile methodology.
• Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver impactful data tools and features.
• Manage and prioritise backlogs for analytics and data engineering.
• Track product performance using defined metrics and user feedback.
• Co-lead the data function alongside the Lead Data Engineer.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in data product management or similar roles in data-rich environments.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, SQL, Python, and Power BI.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in flat, agile, fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance best practices.
