Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Programme Manager to lead and deliver complex data-driven programmes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data initiatives, programme governance, and global stakeholder management, with the ability to unify multiple streams into successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end programme delivery within the data/analytics domain.

Oversee governance, planning, risk, dependencies, and issue management.

Manage programme budget, cost tracking, and reporting.

Drive alignment across multi-geo, cross-time-zone teams to ensure seamless execution.

Act as the main voice for programme communication with stakeholders and steering committees.

Collaborate with technology and business teams to ensure a unified delivery approach.

Manage third-party vendors and internal teams in a hybrid delivery environment.

Skills & Experience

Proven track record as a Programme Manager with strong data programme delivery experience.

Strong understanding of data strategy, platforms, analytics, and transformation programmes.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.

Experience managing large budgets and driving cost efficiency.

Ability to unify multiple projects into a single delivery framework.

Strong problem-solving, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Prior experience in hybrid and offshore/onshore delivery models is desirable.
