Job DescriptionData Scientist - Marketing EffectivenessPaying up to £60k + 10% bonusHybrid in Central London – 2 days a week.Global businessOne of La Fosse’s best clients who are an industry leader within the entertainment/ticketing industry are currently hiring for a talented Data Scientist to join the team to focus on the Marketing effectiveness of the company.This business is introducing new group-wide marketing planning tool, and your role will be pivotal in gaining insights from the data it collects. You'll analyse the data to uncover actionable insights and make recommendations to deliver improved ROI (return on investment). This is a new role for the business, and you will be working closely in a small team of 4 to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create user-friendly solutions. If you are someone who enjoys being creative in building data science marketing models from scratch, has strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with senior members of the team and enjoys taking responsibility in their work then this is for you!Requirements:Expertise in machine learning for marketing analytics, including MMM or econometrics.Track record of creating products for marketing teams or stakeholders.Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn), and translating technical insights.Experience with A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and propensity modelling.Strong communication skills for creating user-friendly solutions for stakeholders.Desirable:Knowledge of cloud platforms and ML Ops.Familiarity with Snowflake, GitHub, AWS, Acoustic.Data visualization experience (preferably Power BI).Interview Process:1st - Intro Call2nd - Technical Q&A/FinalIf you’re interested in this role and feel you fit some of the requirements, apply through the AD to find out more!!
