They’re looking for a strategic, solutions-focused professional to join the Private Markets team within the Chief Data Office. In this high-impact role, you’ll sit at the intersection of data and strategy—leading the development of cutting-edge data capabilities that support their evolving ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead partnerships with business stakeholders to shape and deliver data initiatives

• Translate complex needs into high-impact, end-to-end data solutions

• Advocate for best-practice data governance and help embed strategic tools across the business

• Deliver key analysis deliverables: user stories, data flows, and solution designs

• Estimate scope, effort, and delivery timelines with a focus on quality and scalability

• Build robust data controls and align to high data management standards

• Champion the data marketplace and help drive a future-focused operating model

• Ensure strong stakeholder engagement across tech, business, and risk

What You’ll Bring

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business audiences

• Proven experience designing data solutions within asset management (bonus if it’s in Private Credit or Real Estate Equity)

• Deep knowledge of asset data and relationships (e.g. securities, issuers, accounts, clients, transactions, and holdings)

• Familiarity with data suppliers and outsourcing models

• Strong grasp of data risk and governance principles

• Hands-on experience in:

  • Designing source-to-target mappings

  • Creating and communicating data architectures

  • Building domain-aligned data flows

  • Writing and managing data dictionaries

  • Conducting UAT for data-related deliverables
