Day Caretaker

Our client is currently seeking a Day Caretaker to join the team at a luxury residential building in Central London.

Shift Pattern; Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Main duties;

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum common areas (lobbies, hallways, stairwells)
• Clean windows, doors, and elevator interiors
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas (entrances, sidewalks, parking lots)

• Replace light bulbs and report electrical issues
• Perform minor repairs (e.g., tightening screws, patching walls)
• Notify management of larger maintenance needs

• Pick up litter around the property
• Maintain neat and tidy landscaping (sweeping walkways, clearing debris)
• Assist with snow removal or salting in winter months (if applicable)

Key Attributes;

• Previous experience in caretaking/residential properties
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable with Manual labour and heavy lifting
• Good Commiunication skills.
