Location: Earl's Court/ Kensington Olympia
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: 42 hours per week (Thursday: 12:00pm - 6:00pm and Friday - Sunday: 6:00am - 6:00pm)

Are you an experienced concierge looking for a rewarding role in a well-maintained, traditional residential building? We're seeking a Weekend Day Concierge to join our client in the Earl's Court/Kensington Olympia area.

This charming building has recently undergone improvements and is kept to high standards. The role is perfect for someone confident working independently, overseeing the site, and providing excellent service to a friendly community of residents.

What You Will Do

• Provide a friendly and professional presence for residents and visitors.
• Monitor and manage building access, ensuring security and safety at all times.
• Handle deliveries and assist with resident requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Maintain the reception and communal areas to a high standard.
• Liaise with contractors and service providers when required.
• Respond to any issues or emergencies calmly and efficiently.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a Residential Concierge.
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
• Confident working independently and managing responsibilities solo.
