Looking to be the welcoming face of a high-quality residential development?

We're working with a market-leading property management company to find a professional and proactive Day Concierge to join their Wood Green-based team. This is a key front-of-house role ensuring residents and guests receive an exceptional level of service and support every day.

• Provide a warm welcome to residents, visitors, and contractors

• Manage the front desk, handle calls, emails, and face-to-face queries

• Oversee parcel and post deliveries, ensuring accurate logging and storage

• Monitor security systems, CCTV, and access control to maintain building safety

• Conduct regular patrols and report any maintenance or safety issues

• Liaise with contractors and the property management team as needed

• Keep communal areas clean, tidy, and presentable at all times

• Maintain accurate records using Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Stable 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (12-hour shifts - 7am to 7pm)

• Good working knowledge of building security and safety procedures

• Confident using Outlook, Word, and Excel

• A helpful, can-do attitude and a polished, professional appearance
