We are seeking a professional and proactive Concierge to join the front-of-house team at a prestigious residential development in Richmond. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background and a passion for delivering a five-star experience in a high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome residents and guests, delivering a professional and courteous front-of-house service

• Manage parcels and keys with accuracy and attention to detail

• Monitor building security, including CCTV and access control

• Liaise with contractors and oversee visitor bookings

• Ensure the smooth running of daily front desk operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a residential concierge or customer service role

• Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills

• Solid understanding of health, safety, and security procedures

• Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure

• SIA licence is desirable but not essential
