Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism

• Manage front desk enquiries, phone calls, and emails

• Log and distribute parcels; coordinate key and fob access

• Conduct building walkarounds and health & safety checks

• Monitor CCTV and access control systems

• Report maintenance issues and coordinate contractor access

• Handle minor complaints calmly and professionally

• Complete clear and detailed shift handovers

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a concierge, reception or hospitality role

• Friendly, professional and calm under pressure

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general IT systems

• Detail-oriented and proactive with a hands-on attitude

• Understanding of basic health & safety responsibilities
