As a dedicated and personable Day Concierge, you wil bring a professional and welcoming presence to the front of house. With a focus on exceptional customer service, you will act as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors, ensuring a smooth and secure daily operation within the building or estate.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience within residential buildings
• Strong understanding of working in high-end, amenity-rich buildings
• A confident, composed presence with outstanding leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Excellent knowledge of Central London
• Experience serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals
• Impeccable spoken and written English; other languages an advantage
• Ability to lead in high-pressure situations and resolve issues efficiently overnight
