Day Concierge - Canary Wharf
Shift Pattern: Thursday to Sunday
Hours:

• Thursday: 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM

• Friday to Sunday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

We are seeking a professional and proactive Day Concierge to join a high-end residential development in Canary Wharf. You will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the safety and presentation of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors

• Manage deliveries and post

• Monitor the CCTV and security systems

• Maintain a clean and presentable front-of-house area

• Handle resident queries and report issues to the building management team

Requirements:

• Previous concierge or customer service experience in a luxury residential or hotel environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-presented, punctual, and reliable

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

• Basic IT skills and familiarity with building management systems (preferred)
