Day Concierge

We are currently hiring for an experienced Concierge to work on a residential l block in East London. You will be working for high end clients, delivering excellent service to residents around the building day to day.

Salary: £28,000 pa

Rota: Monday & Tuesday: 8:00am - 4:30pm - Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm - Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Duties:

• Providing concierge services as instructed by the Property Manager
• Daily inspections of internal areas and reporting defects or concerns
• Maintaining a courteous and helpful attitude toward residents, guests, and contractors
• Logging relevant details in the concierge and development logs
• Liaising with the estate security team
• Handling and securing registered mail and deliveries
• Managing general telephone enquiries and messages
• Ensuring the development remains safe, clean, and secure
• Monitoring CCTV (where applicable) and saving footage as necessary
• Managing key logs in accordance with procedures
• Supporting annual fire and health & safety risk assessments
• Logging incidents and accidents appropriately
• Implementing procedures directed by the Managing Agent or Health & Safety

Requirements:

• Experience in Residential or Hotels.
• Reliable and timekeeping.
• Immaculate presentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Experience in the highest level of customer service.
• Be able to demonstrate initiative.
