Location: Residential Development, London

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Shift Pattern: 7am - 7pm, 4 on 4 off

About the Role

Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Night Concierge to join a modern residential development. Working as part of the onsite team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional resident experience while maintaining the security, presentation and smooth day-to-day operation of the building.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house service to residents, visitors and contractors.


• Manage access control, visitor management and CCTV monitoring.


• Handle resident enquiries, concerns and complaints in a proactive and professional manner.


• Manage parcels and deliveries, ensuring accurate records are maintained.


• Conduct regular health & safety inspections and report any issues.


• Monitor communal areas, ensuring the development remains clean, safe and well-presented.


• Liaise with contractors and support onsite operations as required.


• Maintain accurate records, logs and incident reports.

Experience Required

Essential

• Previous concierge, front-of-house, reception, customer service or residential building experience.


• Experience dealing directly with residents, guests, visitors and contractors.


• Experience managing access control systems and CCTV.


• Strong customer service and communication skills.


• Good IT and administrative skills.

Desirable

• Residential, corporate or hospitality environment experience.


• Knowledge of property management systems.


• Understanding of health & safety and fire safety procedures.


• First Aid or Fire Marshal training.
