Electrical Engineer – Static Site

A leading and well-established company is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their team on a static site in South London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a strong background in building services and electrical maintenance who is looking for a stable, long-term position with a large organisation.

The Role: As the Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a large commercial site, ensuring all systems and equipment remain safe, compliant and fully operational.

Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
Fault finding and electrical repairs
Maintaining electrical building services systems
Carrying out inspections, testing and remedial works
Responding to breakdowns and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
Completing maintenance records and relevant documentation
Working safely and in accordance with company procedures
Liaising with contractors, clients and other members of the engineering teamRequirements The successful candidate will have:

Level 3 Electrical qualification
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Previous experience working as an Electrical Engineer
Strong building services experience
Previous maintenance experience, ideally within a commercial environment
Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
A strong understanding of electrical systems and building services
