Day Maintenance Plumber Brighton

My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance plumber/mechanical day maintenance engineers based in Brighton. You will have a plumbing or mechanical qualification as well as a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Retail

Duties will include plant checks on pumps and motoes, fault find if any problems, basic plumbing duties including taps, changing pans, changing pvc pipes and general water treatment maintenance, basic checks on ac including splits and multi-splits and basic maintenance in AHU's, as well as work with the team on site, escort sub-contractors.

Hours 7-4 Monday to Friday

Salary is 42K with call out, overtime and company benefits.
