Our client is looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN) to join their warm and welcoming nursing home team, supporting older adults with nursing needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse who values person-centred care and wants to make a meaningful difference every day.

The service is a well-established nursing home providing high-quality, respectful care to older adults in a homely and dignified setting. Each resident is treated as an individual, with care plans tailored to their unique health and personal needs.

The Staff Nurse will play a key role in delivering safe, effective nursing care, working alongside a friendly and skilled care team. With a focus on building relationships and maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice, this is a rewarding role in a compassionate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in line with clinical best practices

• Administer medications, monitor health conditions, and oversee care plans

• Work collaboratively with care staff, families, and external professionals

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulatory requirements

• Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing for each individual
