We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our client’s team for day shift at their beautiful care home in a quiet residential area. As a Staff Nurse you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents and their families.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid NMC registration and eligibility to work as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the UK

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a care home or similar setting

• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of nursing practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Calm, empathetic, and professional approach to care

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and care planning

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

• Educate residents and their families on health conditions and self-care

• Maintain accurate records and comply with all documentation standards

• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

• Liaise with external healthcare providers to ensure effective care coordination
