Staff Nurse – Days

Hourly Rate: £22.50

36 hours per week

Our client is on the look for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join their nursing home team for day shifts. The ideal candidate should be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with previous experience in a similar role.

• RGN or RMN qualification

• Valid nursing licence and registration with the appropriate nursing council

• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being

• Administering medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols

• Monitoring and recording resident progress and vital signs

• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to create individualised care plans

• Communicating effectively with residents and their families, providing education and support
