Staff Nurse - Day Shifts

Hourly Rate: £24

Hours: 36 hours per week (Day Shifts)

Our client, a beautiful nursing home in the beautiful town of Woodbridge, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Staff Nurse to join their team. This day shift position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care to elderly residents, playing an important role in supporting their health, comfort, and overall well-being.

What We’re Looking For

• RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification

• Valid NMC registration and PIN

• Proven experience in elderly care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations

• Strong attention to detail and a compassionate approach to care

Responsibilities

• Providing nursing care to residents in line with their care plans and individual needs

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitoring and recording vital signs, and reporting any changes in the resident's condition

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals for holistic care

• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and the multi-disciplinary team

• Upholding highest standards of infection control and health and safety practices
