Role: Day Porter
Location: Kensington
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Ideally also 2 hours on Saturday)

What You'll Do:

• Deliver exceptional front-of-house service to residents and visitors
• Oversee refuse collection and maintain tidiness at the front-of-house
• Assist residents with day-to-day needs and general enquiries
• Carry out light maintenance tasks (e.g., minor repairs, watering the garden)
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all communal areas
• Liaise with contractors and support the ongoing upkeep of the building
• Act as the primary on-site contact for residents, contractors, and the managing agent
• Log incidents, manage keys, and ensure building security is upheld
• Coordinate with the long-term cleaner to maintain high standards
• Support compliance with house rules and leasehold regulations diplomatically

Who You Are:

• Experience in a concierge, front-of-house, or customer-facing role (preferably in residential or hospitality settings)
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative
• Detail-oriented with a sense of pride in maintaining a well-presented environment
• Ideally a local candidate seeking a stable, community-focused role
• Saturday availability (2.5 hrs) is desirable but not mandatory
