• Patrolling and monitoring CCTV to maintain safety.

• Managing access control, parcel deliveries, and loading bay operations.

• Supporting concierge (covering breaks, assisting residents, handling parcels).

• Being approachable and proactive - residents will see you as part of the community.

• Using smart systems to log incidents and report maintenance issues.

• Valid SIA badge - essential for this role.
