Seeking Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with individuals with Developmental Disability (DD). The ideal candidates will be flexible and eager to learn. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation. The successful candidates will provide support to individuals ADL's (individual preferred choices and skill builder/outcomes, rights etc., transportation to and from activity, and behavior needs. We will train.

Requirement:

Must have 1 years of verifiable experience in working with adults with Developmental Disability

CPR/First

Medication Management/Administration (32 Hour)

Submit to a TB Test 

Pass Criminal Background and Central Registry Check

Be able to communicate both written and orally

Behavior Management CPI

Be able to provide preference of choice to each individual
