Dayforce Business Analyst

Lawrence Harvey are partnered with a leading organisation in Bristol that are looking for a Payroll Business Analyst to support them during their greenfield Dayforce implementation programme. 

You will be leading on all Payroll business requirements gathering & business readiness efforts, supporting through the entire project deployment cycle including Payroll Data Migration and Testing initiatives.

Dayforce experience is highly desired, but the client will consider a strong Payroll Business Analyst. 

This is an initial 6 month contract paying circa £500 Outside IR35 and is a hybrid model of 3 days per week in Bristol - this is non-negotiable. This will start in September. 

Experience:

Proven Business Analyst experience on large-scale HR, Payroll or HCM implementations.
Strong payroll process expertise, preferably within UK payroll environments.
Experience delivering Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar payroll implementations.
Strong data migration experience
Experience managing complex stakeholder groups.
Experience facilitating workshops and requirements sessions.
Exposure to payroll integrations and data interfaces.
Experience supporting UAT and parallel payroll testing.
Dayforce experience is highly desirable
