Job Description - Dealer Manager

Dealer Manager - Oslo - Heavy Plant
We are exclusively working with LiuGong Europe who are growing rapidly and we’re looking for a highly organized and experienced Dealer Manager to lead their aftersales service operations in Norway. This position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and developing dealer service capabilities.

The requirements of the Dealer Manager will be:
  • Build and maintain dealer relationships
  • Coordinate warranty processes, claim approvals, and follow-up resolutions, overseeing where required
  • Provide technical support and guidance to dealers where required
  • Implementing and managing dealer processes
  • Train dealer service teams on diagnostics, repairs, and LiuGong systems
  • Work closely with the European Parts, Product Support, and Technical teams
  • Visit dealers and key accounts to assess service quality and provide hands-on support
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and service efficiency

The ideal candidate for Dealer Manager will be:
  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in aftersales or service management within the automotive, heavy machinery, or industrial equipment sectors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, repair processes, and OEM service protocols
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Willing to travel across Norway and Scandinavia frequently, including overnight stays, when necessary, to support dealer network and address aftersales issues on site.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, additional Scandinavian languages are advantageous
