Role Overview
This pivotal role is responsible for delivering our sales strategy in the UK. Working closely with the Head of Sales, and reporting in to the Head of Network Development, you will define our strategy, determine the objectives that underpin it, the KPIs that measure its success, and be responsible for the communication of the progress, both to our network and internal management.
You will also be responsible for the Sales Training function, with three direct reports. This will enable you to close the loop and deliver the training suite that will help us deliver on the strategy.
As well as being experienced in delivering programmes and incentives to a franchised dealer network, you will need to possess strong management skills and be an expert in all Microsoft Office packages.
This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel, using initiative and self\-motivation to constantly deliver, all while demonstrating the responsibility to identify and take on new projects.
