What You Will Do:
● Make accurate credit assessments for both personal and commercial lending, reviewing financial statements, credit reports, business plans, and relevant industry information.
● Deliver sound lending decisions in line with this company’s credit policy, risk appetite, and regulatory guidelines.
● Resolve dealer queries on credit applications, processes, and policies via phone and email.
● Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and collections, and share underwriting decisions clearly with external partners.
● Ensure every underwriting activity meets legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
● Support continuous improvement by contributing ideas to strengthen underwriting processes and policies.
What You Will Bring:
● Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
● A strong interest in finance, credit underwriting, and financial analysis.
● Confidence working with financial information, including P&L, balance sheets, cash flow and key ratios.
● Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret information quickly and accurately.
● Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make reasoned decisions under pressure.
● Clear communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts in a straightforward way to different audiences.

Location:
