Debt Recovert Manager required – Brighton East Sussex

About the Role:

The You will bring familiarity with anti-money laundering (AML) and FSMA policies and procedures as well as experience with Nexum or a similar debt recovery case management system.

Beyond technical skills, this role requires an individual who thrives in a culture of transparency and teamwork, speaking up about challenges and working collectively to resolve issues rather than attributing blame.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing case files effectively within a debt recovery framework
• Ensuring compliance with AML regulations and FSMA policies
• Utilising Nexum or similar systems for case management
• Keeping abreast of industry updates and regulatory changes
• Working collaboratively to maintain a positive team culture
