You will have a proven track record of managing your own high volume caseload of debt recovery matters and will have a solid understanding of dealing with undefended actions in the Sheriff Court, via Simple Procedure, Summary Cause and Ordinary Actions.

Highly organised you will thrive under pressure and have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal and be competent in liaising with other associated parties such as Solicitors and Investigation Agents.
